Pharmacists: also tell Medicare
A separate, federal action. Comments are due November 23, 2026.
Medicare (CMS) is asking what Part D plans must include in their pharmacy contracts. NCPA built a form that sends your comment for you. Tell CMS that Part D contracts must:
- Pay enough to cover the drug's cost and the actual cost to dispense
- Let pharmacies opt in to contract terms
- Not tie a pharmacy's Part D participation to its other PBM networks
Opens NCPA's page in a new tab. Not a pharmacist? You can skip this step.

Why this matters
Watch first · YouTube Modern Medical Mafia, Episode One: The America the Mafia Created A documentary by true American patriots fighting to save the pharmacy profession for all pharmacists and healthcare workers. If you watch one thing before you call, make it this.In 2020 the New Jersey Pharmacists Association commissioned 3 Axis Advisors, the founders of 46brooklyn Research, to study the New Jersey Medicaid Prescription Drug Program. Legislators were shocked by what State Drug Utilization Data showed about differential pricing.
The Assembly passed the Patient and Provider Protection Act with a standard dispensing fee and real savings. Governor Sherrill has called for historic PBM reform. Now the Senate has to finish the job, without weakening the bill.
NJ's Medicaid patients, providers and taxpayers deserve better. We are close, and every pharmacy owner in New Jersey needs to speak with one voice.
